WHAT TO EXPECT
Each month, we explore a new theme and in 60 minutes, we stretch out our morning muscles, flow to get the prana moving, and sit in short meditations to strengthen our minds. This is an all-levels class and starts promptly at 6:30 and ends promptly at 7:30 to get you on your way.
My classes are rooted in traditional Hatha yoga (a gentle style), combining pranayama (breathing), asana (yoga poses), and meditation. I also integrate vinyasa flow, which links poses at a slightly faster pace, along with yogic and Buddhist philosophies, and a deep reverence for the natural world.
I believe that yoga is a lifelong practice — one that ebbs, flows, changes, and evolves. To make it accessible to all body types, ages, and abilities, I always offer modifications tailored to individual needs.
Yoga blocks and straps are sometimes used in class but never required.

CLASS FEES
Classes are offered by donation and all are welcome to attend, regardless of ability to pay. Suggested donation is $8 per class.

If mornings just can’t work for you — no worries! I totally get that work and kid schedules may not allow you to join us. Check out the library for free, recorded classes that you can access whenever is convenient for you!
