Strength #1

Today we start our month-long focus on strength – our mental and physical ability to meet everyday challenges, and to be our own biggest fans. Our practice includes shoulder openers with a strap, a standing warrior flow, and a few arm and core strengthening poses that we’ll continue to do all month long.
