Wind down your evening with me at Rose Hill Farm — the perfect backdrop for relaxation and inner reflection. Offered on the spacious barn deck, this all-bodies, all-abilities class provides a tranquil space to connect with your breath, body, mind, and the natural world around you.

*Please check the calendar below and reserve your space in advance. Occasionally, I may need to switch to a Wednesday or Friday to accommodate other commitments.

Classes are offered by donation and all are welcome to attend, regardless of ability to pay. If you wish to donate, a suggested donation is $15 per class. You can donate online or in person.

WHAT TO BRING

A yoga mat and water and anything else that will enhance your practice — blocks, straps, blanket, towel, eye pillow, etc. If you do not have a yoga mat, let me know and I can provide one for you.

My classes are rooted in traditional Hatha yoga (a gentle style), combining pranayama (breathing), asana (yoga poses), and meditation. I also integrate vinyasa flow, which links poses at a slightly faster pace, along with yogic and Buddhist philosophies, and a deep reverence for the natural world.

I believe that yoga is a lifelong practice — one that ebbs, flows, changes, and evolves. To make it accessible to all body types, ages, and abilities, I always offer modifications tailored to individual needs.

In the event of rain or other inclement weather, we’ll be able to practice inside the barn.
