After a blustery few days, this post-holiday slow flow is perfect for tuning into our bodies and calming the nervous system. Our flow moves through a series of poses from standing to ultimately an active savasana. During meditation, you’ll be invited to envision how you might fill time if you were free from obligations and perceived certainties.
