This guilt-free, gratitude-for-food class offers several core strengthening sequences to ignite our digestion and a guided meditation to help us ease back into our mindfulness practice.

This class is a continuation of the Nov 1 class and continues with twists but ends with a standing balancing sequence. You don’t have to take the other class first, but I do recommend it. 🙂

November is always a good month to remind ourselves how to cultivate gratitude – for both the joys and the challenges. This class starts with a leg and hip focused floor sequence and ends with a twist based vinyasa flow followed by a meditation.
