This pre-Thanksgiving class is perfect for anytime that you feel rushed, stressed, or just that your mind is moving way too fast for your body! We start with a grounding floor sequence to open the hips and move into one of my favorite standing flows. Variations offered for all levels!

Props that you may want, but not required: Blocks.
