Today we play! We'll test our balance through a table-based core sequence and later with a gate-based half-moon sequence, ultimately leaving us an "open" chest and heart.

A perfect summer morning flow — we start out slowly opening the chest and working through the spine, open and stretch the hips, and then move into an invigorating Sun Sal A&B flow. A feel-good flow that will hopefully leave you smiling and ready for the day!

The side body stretches felt so good on Tuesday that we decided to continue them today! We combine them with a warrior II flow and throw in some ab work so they don't feel left out.

Side body stretches! Today we start with a guided meditation to check in to our hearts, pause, and listen to our own wisdom — truths that are often drowned out by day-to-day overstimulation — and then end with a side-stretching flow and psoas stretch cool down.
