Today we let time do the work by easing slowly and gently into poses to release the fascia in our legs, hips, and torsos. We then move into a more active standing warrior flow to get energized for the day.
Building off of Tuesday’s class, today we isolate the quads and hamstrings as we continue to build strength and flexibility in our legs. It’s a great practice to get out of your head and into your body!

It’s an ab day! This is our last class in our November gratitude series and we go out putting some fire in our bellies! This guilt-free, gratitude-for-food class offers several core strengthening sequences to ignite our digestion and a guided meditation to help us ease back into our mindfulness practice.
By popular demand, today’s class builds on Tuesday’s energizing core class with additional variations and longer holds. We also use the block to get deeper insight into the inner workings of our abs and do some stretches to work out any sore muscles that we might have from Tuesday.
