Morning Dharma - November 1 2022

November is always a good month to remind ourselves how to cultivate gratitude – for both the joys and the challenges. This class starts with a leg and hip focused floor sequence and ends with a twist based vinyasa flow followed by a meditation.

The poses and sequences in today’s class are very grounding – perfect before embarking on any new adventure or venture! We start on our backs and move into an active vinyasa warrior flow building on what we practiced on Tuesday. My wish for you is that you’ll leave your mat feeling strong and grounded with joy and openness to start your day!

Morning Dharma - October 4 2022

This is a short month for Morning Dharma (no classes between Oct 11 – 20) so there’s no formal theme. Instead we’ll trust that whatever dharma we need to consider will arise. This class is an active vinyasa warrior flow utilizing both sides of our mats…and brains!

Today we wrap up our monthly theme of liberation and move through a warrior-based vinyasa flow with plenty of planks and core strengthening poses.

Morning Dharma - Sept 27 2022

Today’s class builds a strong core for both physical and mental support. We use breath work and longer holds to remind us how we use our abs in pretty much every part of our daily life. A strong core will help us have better posture allowing us to breathe more deeply giving our brains more oxygen and space to clear out the ‘ick’ and let in the goodness. 

Morning Dharma - Sept 22 2022

Hips, hips, hips! Today’s class is a lovely balm for sore, tight, and tired hips. Often, we hold our lives in our hips so the more stressed we are the tighter our hips can be. We start out slow with a hip releasing floor sequence and then move into an active standing flow. We end with a guided meditation all about reminding ourselves to simply let go.
