Today we start out reclining and work our way into an active, back bending flow — visualizing light and expansion as we move through space.
It’s a drowsy rainy morning here in WV after a weekend a hot-hot-hot. We start out slow with a practice that preps us for meditation and then get more active with heart and hip openers. Hopefully, leaving your energized but grounded – ready to start your day!
