Want stronger arms? Me, too! We’re going to focus the rest of the month on building arm strength — just a little at a time with the goal of being stronger in February than we are today. Today we start with some leg and hip stretches before moving into our arm strengthening flow.
Is the world moving faster than you’d like? Today’s class slows things down by starting with some grounding poses to support the nervous system. We then celebrate the full moon with a salutation flow to lubricate the joints. A great flow for the spine and psoas!
How is your heart feeling today? And your hips? Today’s class will give you the space and time to listen — to see what wisdom your body is trying to tell you. We start with a slow-moving floor practice and move into a guided meditation followed by a gentle psoas stretching flow.
FULL BODY EXPANSION: Neck, back, shoulders, legs, and arms — a full body practice!
MOVING THROUGH SPACE: Twists, seated postures, and a flowy sequence to start the day with an open heart.
Today is the first of our May series exploring expansion — becoming more open than we think possible. We’ll start with a short sequence to prepare for meditation and move into a dance-inspired flow to lighten our day. “It is said that before entering the ocean a river trembles with fear…” —KHALIL GIBRAN, FEAR
BALANCE ON AND OFF THE MAT – Today’s class is a a culmination of our eagle flow, balancing poses, and a meditation on how to honor our values.
Consider switching your rigid timetable for a routine baggy enough to live comfortably in. (inspired by Sasha Campbell)
FLY LIKE AN EAGLE – In today’s class we start with several poses to prep for garundasana (eagle pose). Each pose builds both balance & concentration is great for legs, hips, and shoulders.
Finding balance on and off the mat – today we learn to listen to our values and explore mountain pose and tree post within a psoas stretch flow.
“The mountain is not limited to a postural stance but suggests the embodiment of wisdom.”

Today is the first of our April series exploring balance — on and off the mat — in our breath, our bodies, and our relationship with ourselves and others. We focus on building a strong foundation in the feet and legs through mountain pose, culminating in a triangle flow.
