Are you feeling tight and sore in your back? Is the cold winter weather making you feel creaky and achy? Maybe even a little grouchy? This energizing flow will wake up your spine and leave you feeling more open, flexible, and maybe just a little more joyous. No matter how you're feeling today, be kind to yourself. ♥

Feeling a little stressed today? Or a lot? This class will relax your hips and hopefully your mind to “let go and let be.” We do some grounding breathwork and end in a triangle flow to help us create more flexibility - on and off the mat. ♥

How is your heart feeling today? And your hips? Today’s class will give you the space and time to listen — to see what wisdom your body is trying to tell you. We start with a slow-moving floor practice and move into a guided meditation followed by a gentle psoas stretching flow.

Feeling super strong today? Maybe not so much? This core and arm strengthening class explores several plank variations giving you lots of options for however your body may be showing up today and a meditation to remind us of the gifts that presence can bring.

Core recovery! I don't know about you but I'm really feeling all of that ab work from Tuesday. Today, we'll recover with some gentle core stretches and move into more strengthening poses.
